Mixed experience with some issues

The staff seemed friendly and approachable, which I appreciated.
The stairs to my room were steep, made carrying luggage difficult. My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though I was told it was non-smoking. I also discovered there were no bath towels provided in the room.

The hotel's location proved convenient. It was near attractions. The staff was friendly. They quickly provided a heater that warmed the room. My room included a washbasin and a practical kitchen worktop. I also appreciated the wardrobe, TV, microwave, and fridge. These.
